KDF the original OEM has a technical repair staff of 35 year + MRC experience.

Virtually all mechanical and electrical assemblies from the MRC 800 series through the 600/900 are serviced. All repairs orders are handled with our “KDF NUMBER 1 PRIORITY PROGRAM”. Unlike most other OEM’s whose repair shops turn around times can take weeks to months KDF will typical turn around your parts in 2-3 days. KDF also doesn’t charge expedite fees to handle your repairs unlike just about every other OEM where this has become std practice in today’s repair service. In order to offer the quick turnaround, and insure complete and accurate testing KDF maintains fully operational versions of *MRC model computers as well as an operational test bed system.

So you don’t have a down system while your systems OEM unit is being repaired, KDF offers creative ways to minimize your down time. Call for details. KDF also provides a MRC RF tube generator swap program that minimizes down time and repair costs. KDF maintains RF tube generators tested and ready to go for immediate shipment. MRC tube model generators that are included in this program are the 112-03,08,42,43,54, & 55 models.

*Over the past decades KDF has been keeping these legacy products going but now it is End Of Life for these systems as many of the electronic components are no longer made and or no longer available . KDF will still make efforts as indicated above but we can no longer guarantee our ability to do so. Customers with MRC systems should plan accordly to replace them.
