All products and services meet ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Every part ships with a certificate of analysis and material safety data sheet. Helium leak detection and RGA testing ensure proper vacuum quality on every system that leaves the facility.
PVD & Thin-Film Applications Laboratory
KDF maintains on-site applications labs equipped for PVD sputtering, e-beam and thermal evaporation, and advanced process development. Materials analytical equipment, including profilometers, 4-point probes, and ellipsometers, supports coating trials and customer process optimization for the same industrial and medical applications VaporTech customers rely on, including DLC and biocompatible coatings.
