Unlike most other OEM’s whose repair shops turn around times can take weeks to months KDF will typical turn around your parts in 2-3 days. KDF also doesn’t charge expedite fees to handle your repairs unlike just about every other OEM where this has become std practice in today's repair service. In order to offer the quick turnaround, and insure complete and accurate testing KDF maintains fully operational versions of MRC model computers as well as an operational test bed system.
